God Wrote a Book
The Bible is God's Word to all people. It was written by human authors under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. It's the infallible, authoritative rule of faith and leads us in all aspects of daily living.
Deuteronomy 4:1-2; Psalms 119:11, 89, 105; Matthew 22:29; John 5:39; 2 Timothy 3:15-17; 1 Thessalonians 2:13; 2 Peter 1:2
The one true God has revealed Himself as the eternally self-existant "I AM,"—as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—the Creator of heaven and earth and the Redeemer of mankind.
Deuteronomy 6:4; Isaiah 43:10-11; Matthew 28:19; Mark 1:9-11; Luke 1:35; John 14:16
God Is Good, God Is Great
God is good: He is our Father. He is loving, compassionate, and faithful to His people and His promises. God is great: He is all powerful, all knowing, ever present, unchanging, completely worthy of our trust, and above all, holy. It is in Him that we live, move, and exist.
Jesus Christ: Son of God, Son of Man
The Lord Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God. Jesus was fully God and became fully man and walked among us. He was born of a virgin and lived a sinless life so He could be a substitution for us, removing every hindrance that separated us from life in God. Christ died on the cross; was buried and was resurrected on the third day; is now seated at God's right hand with all rule and authority; and He will personally come again.
