Dr. Rusty & Anne Griffin

Lead Pastors

Dr. Rusty and Anne have been lead pastors of Christian City Fellowship over 30 years and have been instrumental in serving Austin County and the surrounding area. They've been dedicated to seeing lives changed and continue to do so in everything they do!

Jeff Arnold

Worship/Associate Pastor

Pastor Jeff joined our team in September 2023. He has served in music ministry for over 30 years. His passion is to unite people in praise and worship of the true and living God and for people to experience a life impacting encounter of God’s presence.

Tyler Bebee

Generations Pastor

Pastor Tyler joined the team in the Fall of 2018 to lead our students and help oversee our children's ministry. He wants to see students and kids connect with God in a very real way.


Mary Clark

Church Administrator

Mary joined Christian City Fellowship’s Admin Team in July 2014 as CCF’s Church Administrator. After receiving a Business Administration and Accounting degree from Texas A&M University, she served as a missionary in Cameroon with Wycliff Bible Translators. She and her husband, James, serve on the Pastor’s Council, are two of CCF’s Life Group Coaches, and serve with a variety of other ministry teams.

Marie Myers

Admin Team

After growing up in this church, Marie joined the Admin Team in September 2008. She has a bachelor’s degree from Southwestern Assemblies of God University and has a passion to serve and connect people to Christ and His body!

Kimberly Biberstein

Admin Team

Kimberly Biberstein joined the church staff in June 2020 with a heart for those birth to 12th grades. She volunteers as an Early Childhood Coordinator and as part of the Admin Team she brings development to both Children’s and Student Ministries.


Darrell Myers

Children's Team

Darrell grew up in a pastor’s home in a small town in the Texas panhandle. He graduated with an Associate degree from Southwestern Assemblies of God University and in 1991 he began attending Christian City Fellowship after moving to Austin County. He has served CCF in many ways but his main focus is Children’s Ministry. Darrell’s heart for kids is as BIG as Texas and is evident any time he is around them!
