From Pews to Pillars

Join Dr. Rusty for this message, which celebrates 35 years of pastoral leadership at Christian City Fellowship, reflecting on how God transforms those who come to receive into faithful pillars who help build His house. Through the imagery of pews and pillars, the sermon challenges believers to grow in spiritual maturity, carry responsibility, and serve faithfully, recognizing that the church is strengthened by those who pray, give, serve, and stand together through every season. Built on the foundation of Jesus Christ, the message honors the generations whose faithfulness has shaped the church while calling the next generation to carry that legacy forward. Rather than simply looking back at what God has done, we are challenged to build something that outlives us, make room for those who follow, and believe that our best days are still ahead.
